• DESCRIPTION: This multi-block campus comprises of four buildings: two new, one addition to an existing building, and one renovation – with the possibility for an additional rental residential building.  The urban planning component of the site included a complex campus plan, the laneways behind and in-between for service and urban interaction with art, murals and street level engagement.
